RISTRETTO: means 'limited' in Italian and is a more concentrated espresso. This means less water with the same amount of coffee. This results in a rich, aromatic brew, a perfect pick-me-up in the morning or afternoon.

ESPRESSO: is a short black coffee, which can either be drunk on its own or serve as a base for milk-based creations, such as cappuccino or latte. A classic coffee for the morning or after a meal
LUNGO: means 'long' in Italian, because it is made with the same amount of coffee as an espresso, but with twice as much water. This makes it very similar to filter coffee, but with a more intense flavor and a larger cup of coffee.
